Our office uses state-of-the-art equipment to accelerate the healing and recovery process of dental implants

Leukocyte-Platelet Rich Fibrin, better known as L-PRF, is a biomaterial that is extracted and created from the patient’s blood. L-PRF has been scientifically proven and used for periodontal regeneration.

The IntraSpin™ System is the only FDA approved medical device capable of developing high qualities of L-PRF. Although there are many commercial centrifuges available on today’s dental market, the Intraspin™ System is the only machine of it’s kind with the ability to provide consistent results of the highest quality.

L-PRF and The IntraSpin™ System

Dr. Greenberg creates Leukocyte-Platelet Rich Fibrin (L-PRF) using the IntraSpin™ System. This entire process of creating L-PRF is done in just three simple steps:

1. Draw Blood

The blood is drawn into a collection tube, and must be collected in pairs.

2. Spin Blood

Using the Intraspin™ System, Dr. Greenberg will insert the tubes into the device to spin the blood for about 12-18 minutes.

3. Express Clot

After extracting the red blood cells from the fibrin cloth, they are then compressed into thin layers or plugs that will be readily available for the dental implant process.
